You will need to carry out your marketing plan with precise actions for this marketing toolkit.  This will help you make it easy to be ready for action when the opportunity comes along. I have provided several easy and low cost ways to put in your tool kit.  So what's your tool kit include.

Toolkit includes 3 separate areas so you are ready to do business at all times.  Put supplies in a crate and carry it with you at all times. Make sure you keep your supplies stocked and update so it's available all the time.

1. Planner/Appointment Book

a)     Get a loose leaf planner.  This is a must to help you adjust your marketing plans. Put empty pages in the back of your planner under a tab for marketing.  If you don't have a loose leaf you can staple the pages in the back of your planner or if you use a phone/computer for your appointments, add postcard sized spiral notebook to carry with you.

b)     A pen attached to your book. I use a stretchy cord attached to the pen so I can stretch it if I need to get to bulletin boards or write something higher up..

2. Your vehicle

  • Get a small box,  plastic crate or vehicle desk/organizer for the trunk of your car, in which you place the following:

a)     500 Business Cards

b)     A portfolio (A folder carrying your company’s information)

c)      Blank Client/Information Cards

d)     Blank Recruiting/Business Sign-Up Forms

e)     12 Business Card Holders and 6 larger Literature Holders

f)       Brochures or other printed material.  Place just a few in your appointment book along with some business cards, and put the rest in your vehicle.

g)     Thumb Tacks & Tape

h)    Copies of your Newsletter

i)       Gift Cards & Products - Samples are a great idea when handing out samples.  Always get a name, phone number and email address so you can follow up.

3. Desk - empty desk drawer:

  • An empty spot in your desk drawer or file cabinet, in which you have these items:
